A was a bit skeptical when I picked up this book. By the second page, I was hooked! This is a great story with wonderfully rich characters. Not only is the love story beautiful and poignant, but I also felt I learned a lot about the history of the circus in 1930's America. It was clear the author did her research! The story seems to flow effortlessly, and the ending...WOW! Best ending of a book ever!
