The story is based on a huge dilemma. The author manages to make you feel conflicted throughout - what should have been done at the beginning?, 3 months in?, 3 years later?, etc. The book had to resolve the situation but you are always thinking what you would have done, hoped you would have done and, after the passage of time, there is no right answer. Interesting story and characters overall
