Adventurous, Dramatic, Interesting
the story of a young aspiring vet during the depression years who suddenly lost everything and got thrown intot he life of the traveling circus.

a book that comes alive with the sounds and smells of the circus life in the depression years. The characters are marvelous. Very well written. I hated to see the last page come. A real page-turner.
