My Reviews
This novel was very wordy, however it was well worth reading. So well written and interesting to see how traumatic events can change a person's life, affect their choices, their whole outlook on life. I had to read to the end to find out how Theo's life turned out, if and how he survived.
I enjoyed this book, and although I struggled a bit through the wartime stories, I also learned a lot about history, Hamilton’s character, and his wife. It kept me interested throughout.
Very heartwarming story about a very special Australian Shepherd who was lost in Yellowstone for a long period of time and the amazingly dedicated people who refused to give up finding her.
