It was a debut novel for this author. She did an excellent job of character development. One chapter dealt with the present storyline and the next chapter dealt with the past telling Isabelle\\\'s story and continued in this format. The book kept your interest. and was hard to put down. We had a great discussion about it and all our members really liked the book.
