Although the book starts off a little confusing with the multi-perspective writing style, it draws you in and you don\\\'t want to put it down until you see how it all comes together.

Our book club does dinner based on foods that are mentioned in the book. Although this book mentioned tons of desserts (pavlova, macarons, belgium chocolate balls and hot cross buns), we had to search to find the rest of the meal. The words champagne and sauvignon blanc were found (thankfully!), as well as the words \\\"fish\\\" (John-Paul\\\'s least favorite meal) and pasta. We had a delicious meal of sea bass covered in a créme fraiche/mustard sauce, cannelloni with spinach and mushroom filling, and we fudged the vegetable with a green salad. Dessert was pavlova and chocolates. Delicious!

I purchased the reading guide from Amazon to go with this book and there is a short quiz about the book that I gave everyone before we started and awarded dollar prizes for the top 3 winners.

During dinner, I had purchased small boxes from World Market (symbolizing Pandora\\\'s box/jar) and I placed a question about the book for each person to read and we all discussed. Believe me, this book stirred up some great discussion!

I hope this wasn\\\'t too much information, but I wish that more people would post their ideas on this website so that we could all benefit.
