I liked this book, but I think mostly because it addresses a potential real-life situation. It is thought-provoking and makes one think "What would I do if in that situation"? Jodi Picoult does a good... (read more)

Picoult always chooses interesting subject matter. I liked this, and think for groups it elicits many talking points. However, Picoult's actual writing is not impressive.
