Introduction

Jenny's Climb tells the upbeat story of a young lady venturing out into the world to find herself after graduating college. This novel takes the reader deep into the heart of complex characters and scenery. With the aid of many friends and family members, Jenny Mullen searches for a career, the right man, and overall happiness. Even she is surprised by the end results.

Jenny begins interviewing for her first job in tall high heels, a tight bun, and a navy suit. She does not know the love of her life will be waiting for her behind the desk of Hampshire Attorneys at Law, nor would she dream that Dan Jacobs will instantly turn her down for a secretarial position in his office. Instead, Jenny spends the summer working for Dan's brother, Adam, as an assistant to the wood craftsman. Even though Dan and Jenny are not working side by side, they discover ways to spend time together, starting with a small town baseball game. While Jenny is falling in love, her new and old friends conspire in order to give her a much needed push towards a photography career.

The story is a refreshing coming of age piece that makes you both beam and get misty eyed. Readers of all levels will agree that this novel expresses the importance of a traditional family lifestyle, working together for a common goal, and the strength of love.
