Lisa and Darrell Canfield have finally started building their dream house, right on the Florida waterfront. Everything seems perfect until they meet the couple building on the site next door. Apparently, Lisa's first husband, his stay-at-home wife, and their family are planning a move of their own--and their plans are much too close for comfort.

As the houses go up, so does the tension level. Unresolved rivalries meet at every newly constructed corner, and all it takes to make matters worse is another set of meddling neighbors to get into everyone's business. Now what was once a peaceful corner starts to feel like the cul-de-sac from hell. With the feud escalating and no sign of a peaceful resolution in sight, two families will have to figure out whether one neighborhood is big enough for all of them...
