Tropical Sand Recipe.

For this bookclub I brought a dessert I call tropical sand. It's like dirt, only with yellow colored ingredients to make it look like sand. Ingredients: two boxes of banana pudding (if you don't like banana you can also use vanilla) one tub of whipped cream crushed vanilla wafers (enough to cover the top) First you mix the pudding and put it in whatever you plan to use to serve the dessert. Then put it in the refrigerator for 20 minutes. Then you put a layer of whipped cream on top of the pudding, leaving some aside if you want to make an oasis* Then take the crushed up vanilla wafers and totally cover the top of the dessert. *To make an oasis, take the whipped cream you set aside and add blue food coloring to it. Mix it up and make a small pool in the center of your sand. You can also add some palm trees or a treasure chest to complete the look!
