I had a red rose by my etching of the Vienna Opera House; red roses on the table & encouraged all to wear hats. I shared my collection of "Princess Diana" style hats from the 1980s. Food was chosen from the book: I had our local Parisien bakery make a peach Viennese streudel & served croissants, French chevre cheese & sliced apples & other seasonal fruits with English teas in my family heirloom teapcups/saucers, teapots, best china & linen napkins. We had a fun, educational time & very interesting discussion.
