Introduction
Annie Cartwright has dreamt her entire life of moving to the big city to become a famous interior designer to the rich and famous. Now, finally finished with college she returns home to Coopers Lake just long enough to pack her things and to discover that her estranged grand-mother, Dolores Cartwright, who disowned her as a baby, has died and left her a house in her will. Aunt Trish, who has raised Annie since she became an orphan at the age of 9, convinces her to fix-up the old house to help create her design portfolio before moving on and pursuing her dream. With the help and support of free-spirited Aunt Trish, some quirky hometown locals, the hunky local handyman and the pretentious but friendly tourists who are buying up the real estate in town, Annie makes a plan to turn the old house into the “bank-roll” she needs to make her move to the city. Hitting the “Auction Circuit” is going the be the key to pulling it off! Just as things start to go as planned, Annie gets the biggest surprise yet. -But is it a good one? Little Auction Annie is the hilarious story about how sometimes when we think we finally have things all figured out in life, fate throws us a curve ball. It’s just up to us to “hit it.”
