My Reviews
This book had amazing content and was well written. It could have been boring with all the statistics and names and places however it flowed with ease. I highly recommend it.
The book was an easy read and the characters were pretty right on. I was a teenager watching the late 60\'s and early 70\'s unfold with an older sister who was the young married with children people kind of caugt between two eras. Having shared memories with the characters was a good thing.
It was a great story linked with a set of laws that were suprising and shocking,
This book was an easy read. I love what she went through personally but mostly the life of the Whip.
The book was very well written and easily read. The character development for some secondary characters could have been better. The ending was a bit abrupt. Overall the book was very good and I enjoyed reading it.
The first 200 pages were quite addictive. It was a good read overall. Towards the end there were a couple of questionable things I thought. I will definitely read this author again. It did leave me wanting more of the continuing story.
Although not a story of one family, and written in first person plural, I found it a refreshing change. The subject matter of how these people l found very interesting.
