This book kept our club on topic for almost the entire 2 hour meeting. It was generally well received, and people enjoyed the insight into the news reporting industry. The writing is fast-paced and light, making it an easy read.

My review of this book in general would be different than my review of this for the purpose of a book club pick. It proved to be too challenging of a pick for us because the heavy nature of the content and writing style made for a slow read. NOT that the book is slow, but it was just difficult to get through in the amount of time we give for our monthly meetings (we ended up extending to 7 weeks and still only 2 of the 11 members finished).

Imagine Sheldon Cooper from the Big Band Theory has decided to devise a strategy for finding his ideal life partner. Hijinks ensue. This is a very fast, easy read.
