This isn\\\'t an easy book. It\\\'s very Swedish, dark and cold and strange. Think Ingmar Bergman movie. All the characters are damaged and display disturbing behaviors. But when I was finished I was saying to myself that I loved the book, not knowing why I loved it. It will be with me for a long time. Our bookclub had one of the best discussions we\\\'ve ever had. There\\\'s so much to talk about.
