Wonderfully written, appealing characters, great story line. I couldn't put it down. One of the best books I've read in a long time. Would be great for discussion.
very appealing book, The story is told entirely through letters and the characters reveal themselves in intimate detail. It gives a lot of historical detail about life during WWII. Interactions between the characters are interesing and realistically described. A good read!!
It's a very different approach to Holocaust stories. Extremely well written, well drawn characters. Very compelling, I couldn't put it down. I read it in a day, didn't do much else!
I could not put it down once the girl with the tattoo entered the story. I only gave it 4 stars because it was very hard to get into. Action packed, interesting characters and a compelling plot. I have read the other 2 in the series and would rate each of them with 5 stars. Too bad there wont' be any more.
Most inspirational book I have ever read. It was difficult to put it down. everyone in our group found it to be a very worthwhile book and we had a terrific discussion.
