I have never been a big fan of westerns,but this book was clearly a western and I loved it. It was like watching a movie, I could see the horses and cattle. The outlaws and the sheriff and his deputies were most vivid in my mind. It was a good read, I highly recommend it and look forward to reading more by this author, Beverly Jenkins.
