I know I have read a great book that when I am done reading and I actually miss the story and the characters. This is one of those books that slowly draws you into the time period, the people, the relationships. A time period which is romanticized, but has its own set of struggles. As a reader you become involved in those stories, sharing in both joy and sorrow.
