Gilbert's travels were very educationalEPL is a wonderful book to read for those who have an open mind about someone who has mental illness. Gilbert wants to get well and find her inner peace. Beautiful!
The Next Thing on My List: A Novel by Jill Smolinski
Fun, Inspiring, Optimistic
It is a good book for light reading and gives value to the small desires in one's lifeAside from the accident and Marisa's death, Smolinski had me laughing throughout the book. The twists in the story kept me reading and wanting more.
Year of Wonders: A Novel of the Plague by Geraldine Brooks
Dramatic, Interesting, Informative
Although it is a very sad story, it kept my interest. to the very last page.The Year of Wonders is a book with many twists and turns. Some of the outcomes are a surprise.
