Great, inspiring book! Saw him speak and that was great too.

I highly recommend this book to others who enjoy hearing true stories about inspiring people.

Cry, the Beloved Country by Alan Paton

Gloomy, Confusing, Difficult

Excellent book to get some history of South Africa and more background on the racial tensions. Well written and interesting.

I liked this book and would highly recommend it to those who never read it in high school. I think it is a classic.

The Island by Victoria Hislop

Informative, Insightful, Dramatic

great book

I really loved this book!
I liked reading about the Greek islands and had been to see the leper colony on Molokai in Hawaii so I had a foundation for what it was like to go through this disease.

We enjoyed the book and its theories.

Our bookclub liked the book although the enjoyment of it varied among the members. I loved it!

Look Me in the Eye: My Life with Asperger's by John Elder Robison

Informative, Insightful, Interesting

Great book! Author is funny and informative about his life.

This was a great book that I recommend to anyone who would liek a little insight into ASpergers. We all probably know someone who John reminds us of in some way. He writes in a very humorous way and tells very good stories of his life on the road making smoking guitars for KISS and working for Milton Bradley and his marriage and struggles.
A must read!

Love and Biology at the Center of the Universe by Jennie Shortridge

very good book

We enjoyed the book and were very fortunate to be able to call the author to talk to her about the book. Jennie was fun to talk to and we all liked the book. We found the woman's midlife crisis a good topic for us and most of us liked the ending.

Adventurous, Inspiring, Insightful

very good book

I really liked this book. It took about 70 pages to get into it but soon I could not put it down.

The Story of Edgar Sawtelle: A Novel by David Wroblewski

Dramatic, Interesting, Dark

Excellent riverting book

It took me a few chapters to get hooked but when I did I loved this fascinating book!
I recommend it highly.
