My Reviews
The book was well written and addictive that you wanted to not put it down. Although quite a controversial topic, writing it from the perspective of the three main characters was a unique and interesting approach.
It caused great emotions especially with the main character from feeling pity to absolute anger towards her. It raises interesting topics on how the media play pivotal roles in todays society and how we tend to publish any stories without caring for the facts behind it in order to sell papers.
Overall a great book and one great for a book club with many good topics for discussion.
Book was well written and easy to read. From the readings of the blurb I expected more dramatic unfoldings in the story.
I felt the ending was more of a lifes tale or cautionary warnings. I had expected a greater finale.
I felt there were parts if the story being eluded to however the plot on those did not evetuate and I thought parts of the story were missing.
Brilliant book. Well written and the stories of the main characters were beautifully intertwined. Great for assessing one's moral compass especially when faced with such hard choices. Highly recommended
The book itself was well written. The main character Rachel is a drunk who catches the same train every day and then one day sees something unusual.
I found the story somewhat predictable and quite dark and pointless. Not my favorite book Ive read.
