How often do we have an opportunity to use the adjective "charming"?
The talented authors were masterful in their story telling. The writing team was able to create a wonderful cast of memorable characters. The WWII historical details were handled very well. I was amazed at the authors' ability to blend heavy subject matter with a breezy writing style. It's a great read for a cozy Sunday afternoon.
