The best parts of this book is the title and the cover. I couldn't of cared less about any of these characters. It is billed as funny and humourous, maybe at some times, but it wasn't worth the wait in between.

Not sure why this book got such good reviews. The author has said that he hopes that this book will be the great American novel. Perhaps he should read a few and understand that this book in no way compares.
