Tangerine: A Novel by Christine Mangan

Beautiful, Dramatic, Confusing

I had such high hopes for this novel after reading Oates’ description. However, while atmospheric and descriptive, the plot is heavy and slow moving. I found it suffocatingly dull with no redeeming characters.
