This book gave me insight into a world I know nothing about- slavery and the impact it has on generations to come. I love how he families tied together and the stories were told by the coming generations, well done!

Easily my favorite book- written so smooth that reading it is like drinking water, it just makes sense. I love Kvothe and the world he inhabits. Poetic, fierce, magical, etc.
