One Thousand White Women: The Journals of May Dodd by Jim Fergus
Adventurous, Interesting, Informative
It's about white women in the late 1800 who were committed, and had a choice to stay in the assylum or go out west to marry Indians.I really liked this book. It was very different from anything I had ever read. Held my interest from start to finish.
A Thread of Grace by Mary Doria Russell
