We loved the story the way it was written and the characters.
We could not put the book down, the story is history and shameful. The characterisation is amazing with beauty, horror and loads of expression. The dramatic build and inevitable crisis made this a page turner.
Our book club thoroughly enjoyed the book it was so informative I wish I had read it before going to Vietnam a fascinating country. This book proves how unnecessary the war was and our soldiers and women should not have been there.
This book had me constantly waiting to know what would unfold. It is historically interesting and based on a woman from the past. There are twists and turns, and the ending is strong.
