CIRCE by Madeline Miller

Adventurous, Interesting, Epic

3.5/5 stars. Interesting novel retelling mythology stories with Circe as the main character. Circe can be a frustrating character in the beginning for her inability to see the world/characters accurately; however, as the story progresses she becomes more aware and gives wonderful insight. Quick and easy read.

3/5 stars. Slow-moving book which was difficult for me to follow in the beginning due to the constant jumps in time or location. Overall good book, but not one of my favorites. The ending is also not satisfying to me.
