Inspiring, Dramatic, Insightful
Supposed to be uplifting

I didn't dislike or like the book. The heaven and earth grocery store highlights the class and race differences in the early 1900's in rural America. It was supposed to be uplifting.

Fun, Inspiring, Interesting
Very Unique Characters and Funny.

The Characters were very unique and it was a quick read because it held my interest. I also learned a few things about how important women were to our technological growth--with no credit given.

Too much computer code talk for my tastes

There was way too much computer code talk for my tastes. The characters were not developed well and the book seemed to drag on. Many in our book club did not finish it. I did.
