I liked the genuine portrayal of a mother’s struggles. I appreciated learning of the story from multiple perspectives. I didn’t like that it ended with all loose ends tied up in a bow.

I loved it! I really enjoyed the style of alternating between the current summer and previous trips. I liked how it was a romance but wasn’t at the same time. I appreciate the details connected to the travel trips, how well it was written in the humor within

I didn’t really enjoy it. There was no earth-shattering information to cover that would give additional meaning to Lydia’s death. The characters fell super surface and unrealistic
