My Reviews
I read this book in 2 days and feel anyone with children worries about this every time they leave the house behind the wheel of a car. I was a little disappointed and I will leave it at that so you read the book.
I really enjoyed this book, I read it in a couple of hours and thought it was a great story. I can't wait to read the 2nd book in the series. There is so much you can talk about with this little book.
I enjoyed this book it was an easy read and kept me wondering what was going to happen. A good mystery.
This mystery does have a lot of characters to keep up with and eventually you see the connection. I still enjoyed this book alot and read it in 2 days just because I had to know what was going to happen. I think the ending could have been a little better but I still enjoyed it anyway.
I read this book because my daughter's 6th grade teacher is having the class read it after spring break. I thought I would get a head start to help her and I picked the book up and read it in a couple of hours, I couldn't put it down. I can not even begin to imagine what it would be like to live in that type of environment, being told at such a young age what you will do for the rest of your life.
Most of the women in our book club really enjoyed this book, it open up so many different discussions on religion since we are a group with mixed Catholic, Jewish, etc... a topic I usually avoid but it was great. A lot to discuss about forgiveness; and how people are able to forgive some of the horrible things that happen in their lives.
This book is very sad but it is also a great story. It made me cry.
