The Devil in the White City: Murder, Magic, and Madness at the Fair That Changed America by Erik Larson
Informative, Interesting, Dark
A slow read at first but very interestingDevil in the White City is a good book. Because we are in Chicago, this historical aspect was very interesting. The story does start out a bit slow. The chapters about the serial killer were the easiest for me to read. In all this book allowed for a good discussion. It may not have been a book I would have read on my own but I'm glad I did.
