My Reviews

Fun, Inspiring, Optimistic
Shallow, but an easy read

This was a good first book for our first meeting. However, the book was very shallow and without and depth. It didnt really leave much room for discussion. It was easy to get through and fairly funny.

The Bell Jar by Sylvia Plath

Interesting, Dramatic, Gloomy
Deep book that kept us talking

There are so many amazing elements in this book that kept our women talking for hours about the many different symbolisms. Being as the book is so dark, I would reccomend this book for the more mature audiences. I could debate the intent of this book for hours. Very good discussion book.

My Favorite

This was everyone in my. book club's favorite book so far. It touched everyone differently and it grabbed us all entirely. I have already suggested this book to many other readers

Half and Half

Half of our book club loved it and thought it was incredibly inspirational, the other half however found it boring and hard to believe. The questions at the end of the book were very bland for how deep the book was so it was as if we were in high school again looking up the answers in the book. I loved the book and would suggest it to anyone that was looking to find a reason to believe in God.
