My Reviews

Interesting, Insightful, Informative
Our book club had a difficult time getting through the book

I found the book to be a challenge to read. It was more about Galileo and other scientists/philosophers than his relationship with his daughter. I was intrigued by how much Galileo contributed to the world of science and how once again religion and beliefs stifled free thinking.

Dramatic, Insightful, Interesting
An amazing story of love, sacrafice, and the impact ones choices have on others.

I could not put this book down. Jodi Picoult has a unique way of writing that draws you into the story. You see the story as it plays out through the various eyes of the participants. My only disappointment was that it had to end. There was so much more that could have been and should have been talked about and characters heard from.
