My Reviews
This was a quick read and written in an interesting way so as to keep me wanting to go back to it. The author offered insight into the kinds of people and situations it takes to make things happen in our society. Worth reading and discussing!
This book changed my view of homeless people in general. They can be wise and good people in spite of their outward appearance. It also provides a lesson in charitable giving and how we get much more from befriending and helping others than just a good feeling. The experience can be life-changing. This book was touching and spiritual. I liked it very much!
After the first chapter or so, I was hooked on wanting to know where this story was going. It became a mystery to me, and I had to know what happened and why. Though a bit confusing toward the end, that only made me want to go back and re-read to make sure I had come to the right conclusion. (Some info. about family members was hard to hear about.)
