At first I thought that this book of letters was not going to hold my interest. However, after I began, I felt as though I was reading letters from an old friend. This is an interesting look on life after WWII.

Very good book. Ms. Morton has a way of taking several generations and pulling them all together in a dramatic and exciting adventure in discovering the mystery of Nell's past. The fairy tales that are included provide great symbolism which ties into the characters of the storyline. Great Read!!
