My Reviews
We read this book and Night this month. Both fast reads. We compared the difference in the books. In THE HIDING PLACE, Corrie ten Boom's faith grew stronger. In NIGHT, Elie Weisel's faith was lost. The contrast was understandable and thought provoking.
Thought provoking. Life in a utopian society would be great . Or would it?
It starts out a little slow, but on page 50, I said Oh My Gosh...Every chapter after that, I tried to guess the ending. By the time I got to the last 10 pages I was sure I knew how it ended...WRONG!!! Unless you are psychic or you peek I guarantee you won't be able to figure it out either. I wouldn't recommend this to my book club because of the excessive use of the "f" word. I would have given it 5 stars, except for that
It has romance and suspense and kept me guessing
