This book was a tough read but a must read. It makes you appreciate where you come from. The hardships were unbelieveable but it was also nice knowing that the author survived and became successful. What a life...makes you wonder about all the other untold stories.

Loved this book. Couldn't put it down. I have passed it on to several people and each come back and tell me what a great read it is. Don't hesitate, pick it up and start reading. You will not be sorry. I understand that the author is writing another book, possibly a sequel. I cannot wait!
