My Reviews
Although I did not like some of the things that happened in the book, the author kept me interested and reading. I had a desire to figure out what happened. Unfortunately, the book leaves some important questions unanswered. There are two oher books. I like a series that does not leave you with so many questions at the end of a book.
The discussion for this book will open many opinions. A very lively discussion as long as everyone listens to others opinions.
Although Sherlock Holmes provides for a great story filled with many details I am not certain we selected the best of the lot for a club discussion.
Lilian's fictional story which, as it turns out weaves together bits and pieces of ice cream history from several families was a fun education in ice cream. I did find that I wanted soft serve several times while reading the book.
