My Reviews
The Ten-Year Nap by Meg Wolitzer
Unconvincing, Slow, Poorly Written
Not worth the struggleIt was a chore to finish and I had absolutely no interest in these characters There was maybe one interesting incident in restaurant which never came to much. I am an avid reader a book this size usually takes me 2-3 days this took me 2-3 weeks. I thought I would like the book due to the subject as I am a stay at home mom but it wasn't relevant to me in the least
The Happiness Project: Or, Why I Spent a Year Trying to Sing in the Morning, Clean My Closets, Fight Right, Read Aristotle, and Generally Have More Fun by Gretchen Rubin
Informative, Inspiring, Boring
Wouldn't recommend this to anyoneShe is very self absorbed and it didn't motivate me to change anything. I feel bad that I made other people read this by picking it for my book club meeting :(
