My Reviews
Reading this book made us look at our outward actions and how they are perceived versus what we intended. Every chapter brought a new revelation that surprised us, especially the ending of the book.
This book lived up to and exceeded the first book (The Girl with the Dragon Tatoo). We can hardly wait for the final book coming out in mid-summer. I wish I had the dedicated friends that she had and the twists and turns kept us on the edge of our seats and could hardly stand to put the book down.
Was glad this was a shorter book, as it made us feel helpless and frustrated, but couldn't stop reading it.
Loved this book, still surprised me after the 1st two. A little tedious on details, but were necessary to understand what was happening. Definitely would be better to have already read the first two to fully understand what was going on. Not quite as graphic as the first ones. Good to the last page!
A thrilling story based on true experiences. It's amazing what true life really is in this environment and this book really reveals triumph and hope.
Since it is a real life experience, it was very informative & lets us know what espionage is really like. But with the constant flashbacks, it was very confusing to follow. We were glad to have read it, but glad to gone on to something else.
Loved the book, and looking forward to finishing the 2nd one!
