My Reviews
The characters were not like-able - I could not relate to the angst of the prep school set.
I loved this book - beautifully written! An inspiring story, i would recommend this to anyone.
I enjoyed this book. It was genuinely heart wrenching to see how the mother of Billy and Lila treated her children and grandchildren she was an absolute psychopath. But I was left at the end feeling at the that the promised world was attainable.
I loved this book couldn't put it down. It was beautifully written. The story was compelling and the characters believable. This book offers much fodder for discussion.
I found the main character self indulgent and unsympathetic. If you would like to read a book of the same genre that is truly inspirational try Tales of a Female Nomad: Living Large in the World by Rita Golden Gelman.
