I found this book to be interesting. To learn another culture perspective of the times of The Depression was worth the reading.
Please read this. It was wonderful and when I was done it was like saying goodbye to a friend. I really loved it.
What a time period. I really appreciated reading this book. What a difficult and loving life story even though it is written under fiction. Family stories are amazing and the author's are incredible. Thank you, Ms. Kent, looking forward to your next book.
I did like reading this book, however I was left with wanting a bit more. I felt something was missing. That is the only reason it got 3 stars from me instead of 4. I would definitely suggest it to someone else.
