Hopeful yet doubtful
Damon was just toooo good to be true. He did have his flaw(s), but those were loveable too! I do not know many "brothers" who would spend that much time catering to the needs of that many black women--basically four. He was a poet, a "frat" brother, a good lover, a great father, and just your all around good guy.
