True Colors

A slow moving "love story" that involves a dysfunctional father, and his three daughters. You get to a point where you don't really care what happens to any of them!

Summer Sisters

We had wanted a light, easy read for the summertime, but this was perhaps geared to a younger crowd. The book was quick and mindless; but as a club of mostly "40-ish" ladies, we were beyond this storyline.

A story full of characters that you get to know, learn to love, and mourn their loss. Inspirational courage of a child and her parents to help save the life of someone who is "different" than them. Or is he?
Descriptive and beautifully written!
