My Reviews
Growing up this same time period in the NYC area, I had no idea of the prejudices that existed in the south.
Elizabeth Gilbert is very likeable - i skimmed over a lot of the 'pray' part and don't think I missed much
I couldnt figure out why anyone would write about such an unmemorable figure
always hard to read about unfounded prejudice, hopefully it inspires all of us to behave better
No matter how bad you think your life is, always remember someone else has it worse and is doing her best with her situation
SOmetimes, imperfections can add to one's life instead of take away from it and some people don't see this until it is too late
Sometimes there are differences and problems where there are no solutions that can satisfy us.
reads like a channel 13 PBS documentary. Should never have been written by a man. Lacks feelings.
starts very slow with a lot of background information, hard to keep the characters straight. Great ending, not very believable or realistic but an inspiring look at how your girlfriends can inspire you to new levels and challenge you to achieve more than you ever thought you could
