The Virgin's Lover

I like historical fiction and this one fits that bill, but it was about 100 pages too long. It does make Elizabeth I and Robert Dudley memorable.

I was so unaware that this was going on in North Carolina until 1975 that it pained me! These are characters that I will take with me the rest of my life! I loved this book and everyone I recommended it to loved it too!
