All in all, Redeeming Love was a worthwhile read. The writing style wasn't poetic or in any way intellectual, but the message of the novel was profound: God's love is unconditional. The story had many brutally realistic moments, but the conclusion was a bit too tidy to reflect real life, in my opinion. The hero is every woman's dream man...always wise, faithful, and forgiving. Perhaps too good to be true, unless he happens to be Jesus himself. It was a nice, comforting conclusion to read before bed.
