Wow! Just when you think you have figured it out, the story makes an unexpected dramatic turn and once again you are pulled into the twisting and turning plot.

Loved it, loved it, loved it! Wonderful characters that reveal the delicate balance of black/white relations in the early 1960s. Beautifully written and gives the reader much to think about.
