This book captured my attention and heart from the first page. One member commented on how correct the events were to the times.

This book was a little difficult for me. Interesting and comical, but slow, wordy and little boring

We were a little torn. Most of us liked it. It was a little hard to start, so we went back and reread the first one as it had been a year since we read Discovery of Witches. We loved how real characters were woven into the book and we can't wait for the next one
